DJ Righteous is a passionate lover of music who explores various soundscapes and textures in his sets. His humble beginnings take place in Chicago in 1981 where he started listening to WBMX and Herb Kent. From there he became a fan of the Hot Mix 5 and Farley Jackmaster Funk. But once he discovered RON HARDY and LIL LOUIS, his scoped evolved higher.

Fast forward to 2018 and things really take off. DJ Righteous started to really leave an imprint during his sets, which leads to numerous bookings. Since then he has rocked out with RICH MEDINA, ALTON MILLER, DJ KEMIT, RON CARROLL, JIHAD MUHAMMAD, IAN FRIDAY, VICK LAVENDER, DARRYN JONES, PETER CROCE, EDDIE C, REGGIE DOKES, PIRAHNAHEAD, RICK WILHITE and ALAN KING just to name a few.
